This week, the new design of mechanical logic was created and prototyped. The new mechanical logic employs bistable beam structure to function as switch. In this manner, the reliability and assemblability of the structure are greatly improved. By the way, it just needs 20 mins to finish the assemble processw instead of 90 mins for the first version of mechanical logic design. Attached is the frame structure of the new design of mechanical logic. In the next step, I will make great efforts to further increase the structural stability and finalize the mechanical logic structure by introducing SCP actuators and circuit.
