Derek is currently a second-year undergraduate pursuing Electrical Engineering and Physics at UCLA. His research at LEMUR involves designing a novel control system for rockets using an off center spinning mass. In his free time he is at Cliffs of Id struggling to send V4's or cooking in his tiny apartment.
