Abeni is an incoming third year undergraduate student at UCLA. She is researching with the LEMUR Lab as a part of the Summer Undergradate Research Program (SURP) 2024. She is interested in researching computational approaches to environmental and health related issues that have tangible effects on helping people live healthier lives. She will be working on state estimation of a river network this summer, which has applications to sensing environmental events such as flooding events.
